We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate to join Ramboll’s Group Internal Communications team.

At Ramboll, internal communication is essential for leading and motivating employees and to enable and sustain change. As our new Intern, you will become part of a strong and committed team and get to work with a broad range of projects, including:

  • Digital employee communication (e.g. producing and editing articles, interviews and videos)

  • Upcoming Leadership Conference for top managers (e.g. assist with project management and event planning tasks)

  • Corporate campaigns (e.g. participate in creative concept development, content production and execution of activities)

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks on a day-to-day basis

You will work at our Head Office in Copenhagen, where you will be part of a social workplace with events, and of course have lunch in our esteemed cafeteria.

Working hours is 37 hours per week and the starting date is in August. The length of your internship will usually be until late December but depends on your educational institution.

  • Are studying a Bachelor or Master’s degree within a relevant field (e.g. Communication, Journalism, English, etc.)

  • Are in the top of your class

  • Are fluent in English

  • Are interested in (and have some experience with) crafting engaging stories

  • Are interested in (and have some experience with) event planning and project management

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include being openminded, and a highly effective doer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are independent, structured and thrive by working in an ambitious and high paced environment.
