Join our Communications & Branding department
As our new Global Director of Internal Communications, you will be part of a +20 strong department that works in close collaboration with our colleagues in Global Marketing and in Clients & Sales, as well as with communications professionals in our Geographies and Markets.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:

Define and drive the internal communications strategy and secure synergies with initiatives and programmes such as People & Culture, Sustainability, and Business Transformation

Provide support and advice on internal communications to our Group Executive Board

Engage the full communications organisation and corporate functions to secure alignment and engagement in the organisation

Drive key Group projects such as communicating our company strategy internally and delivering the annual Leadership Conference

Define and drive the internal communications infrastructure, including the digital platforms for the company intranet, and internal podcasts and newsletters, among others

Manage a team of currently 5 employees and a student assistant

+10 years of experience from a similar management role, preferably from an international company or organisation

A proven track record of advising senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes

Experience with delivering high-profile, large projects such as a conference for +1,000 leaders

Experience with planning and delivering change communication

A relevant academic degree, e.g. in corporate communications
-
Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
