You will join our Communications & Branding department
You will be a key member of a newly established, global content delivery team, telling strategic, relevant and engaging stories about Ramboll’s thought leadership and value creation. The team will produce content for a variety of channels – from our website and corporate social media, to podcasts, newsletters, white papers, marketing campaigns and the annual report. You will be part of the Positioning team where eight colleagues collaborate with communications professionals in our geographies and markets, as well as marketing experts in the Clients & Marketing department.

We are looking for both experienced profiles and talents in their early careers. We want to ensure that the team can deliver on everything from shaping Ramboll’s position by nurturing our content flows, to project management and performance optimisation of content.  Your key tasks are to:

  • Write articles for our external channels, including our website, podcasts, newsletters, and social media, helping transform complex ideas and challenges into engaging stories

  • Write thought leadership content, e.g. white papers, LinkedIn articles, and website features, in collaboration with experts from the business

  • Mobilise, coach, and support experts to share unique knowledge

  • Contribute to positioning campaigns, marketing campaigns, marketing collateral, among others

  • Contribute to key company publications and platforms, e.g., the Ramboll annual report, and company presentations

  • Willingness to work with numbers and data to strengthen content generation and impact.


Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • Talents applying for senior positions must have at least 5 years’ experience with corporate copywriting. We also encourage talents in early stages of their careers to apply for positions as technical writer or copywriters.

  • The senior copywriter must have a proven track record of developing content  for a broad variety of communications channels and formats, including online communication, social media, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.

  • For other positions we will be looking for expertise in related disciplines, e.g. in marketing copy, digital communication, and SEO

  • All profiles must have excellent communication skills in English, preferably at native-speaker level

  • All profiles must take an interest in societal challenges and help transform complex solutions into engaging stories.

  • A commercial mindset and experience of working with company communication, agencies, or mainstream media, are desirable.
