To succeed in this role, you must have 10+ years of experience working with digital campaigns for large B2B focused companies or agencies with a strong B2B portfolio. You have a strategic mindset, but you are equally strong in implementation and execution.

You will join our Communications & Branding department
As our new Communications Manager, Digital & Campaigns, you will be part of the Communications & Brand team in Copenhagen. You will collaborate closely with communications teams in our business units and around 25 colleagues in the Clients, Communication & Marketing function.

You will be team lead for a small group of digital specialists. Together you will define the long-term roadmap for digital campaigning as well as short term tactical actions to deliver on our Group Strategy. It will be your job to ensure that our digital company campaigns are efficient and impactful in prioritized client segments and geographies. You will report to the Director for Communications & Branding

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Develop our digital campaigning strategy, setup and roadmap. Your areas of responsibility cover our use of websites, social media, and digital platforms for client engagement.
  • Setup and execute efficient global campaigns, e.g. for marketing new digital services or products, and sustainable solutions.
  • Drive close collaboration with digital and campaigning experts in our business units, our Clients & Markets colleagues working with client intelligence and segmentation, and the IT function.
  • Take part in development projects relevant for digital campaigning, e.g. website development, CRM decisions etc.
  • Day-to-day coordination, sparring and coaching with team members.
