The opportunity

Our clients are constantly adapting to changing customer needs, new technologies and latest industry trends. The change agenda requires careful management and in EY People Advisory Services (PAS) we help large, global companies to do it right.

We are right now experiencing a growing demand for support and advice on Change Management, communications & learning. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Change Management, communications & learning profile to lead our team of highly skilled change management consultants.Your key responsibilities

As leader of the Change Management, communications & learning team, you will be part of the leadership team in PAS. You will be responsible for the strategic development of the change proposition in line with the ambitious PAS Nordic and PAS DK strategies. This will include growing the team significantly with multiple hires expected within this financial year. 


You will be part of the PAS pipeline meetings and we expect you to pursue new opportunities actively both across the different Competency Areas in EY as well as directly with clients. 


Change Management, communications & learning is a strategic focus area across EY, and as part of the role, you will join Nordic and European networks of change professionals. These international networks will provide you with knowledge on global EY approaches and tools as well as ensure easy access to colleagues and best practice from other EY teams.


Skills and attributes for success

  • Building a Change Management, communications & learning advisory team through hiring high-calibre candidates
  • Creating new opportunities and ensuring a healthy pipeline of engagements and projects
  • Engaging with multiple stakeholders and being a skilled sparring partner for the team of consultants

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 10+ years of proven experience delivering Change Management, communication & learning, ideally from consultancy or from large, international organisations
  • The leadership capabilities needed to help our consultants to grow, to ensure great performance and high engagement
  • Team spirit, lots of energy and a desire to be part of a high-paced environment with opportunities


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience from management consultancy
  • And entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to act as a change champion
  • A drive to lead, providing others with clear direction
  • Great networking skills and a good-tempered approach to people
