We have established a Global UX, Digital & Channel Area, where we are responsible for UX, digital and omni channel development.  Becoming part of this unit is a great opportunity to work in a non-traditional banking set-up characterized by start-up culture, high pace, agile development, flat hierarchy and with an overarching customer-focused approach.

Your role
As a squad lead, you will be product owner for selected mobile features – you will be responsible for developing new experiences for the Nordic mobile bank users. As a lead for a squad in our agile Mobile Area (Tribe) setting, you will lead a team that consists of colleagues with different backgrounds and competences (No HR responsibility).

Consultant with service design and strategy experience
You have a user experience and service design approach to everything you do, with relevant experience from a start-up, a digital agency or a digital team within a larger company. What matters most is that you are understand digital channel development by heart and is able to set the strategic direction for the experience of our different personal customers.

You use your product owner experience to balance back-log priorities with customer expectations and technological opportunities. You are known for your communication and collaboration skills and always being on top of experience and consumer trends. You thrive with user and stakeholder collaboration to develop complex strategic assessments, and you convey your messages with clarity and confidence.

The position requires great communication skills in English, both written and spoken – in addition mastering a Nordic language will help, but is not a pre-requisite.
