In People and Communication, you will become part of COWI's Business Support. People and Communication numbers more than 130 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe. We are dedicated to supporting our culture, telling our stories, building our brand, optimising our processes, and attracting, developing and retaining COWI's most important asset: Our people.

You will be part of Group Communication and report to Nanna Wang Carlsen, Group Corporate Brand & Employer Brand Manager
 

DRIVING INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
As an experienced project manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing employer branding initiatives in key markets such as Scandinavia, the UK, North America and India. Typical development projects could be cross-country campaigns, employee advocacy framework, graduate programs, alumni programs etc. Your key stakeholders will be HR and communication colleagues at group and local levels, as well as leaders in the line of business. Your most important responsibilities will be:

• Scope, plan and execute projects efficiently
• Secure buy-in from the line of business and other stakeholders
• Measure, report and follow up on results.

To succeed in this position, you are an experienced project manager who know how to take a project from the first idea through strategic anchoring and planning to execution. You thrive on working independently whilst at the same time know how and when to involve the right people.

Furthermore you have:

• +5 years of experience within communication and/or HR including at least 3-5 years of experience specifically within employer branding, preferably from an international company
• Knowledge of the civil engineering segment or similar technological/academic segments is an advantage
• Know how to identify and report on relevant KPIs
• Well-versed communicator and know how to make a communication plan or write an Intranet news article
• 'Can-do-attitude', are positive, ambitious, and open-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent in Danish and English – spoken and written.
