As Communication Student Assistant, you will join our small and ambitious communication team at our office in central Copenhagen. You will meet a lean organisation with a flat hierarchy characterised by trust and empowerment. Your tasks will include most aspects of corporate communication activities, including small production of content (text and video) for our platforms, research, media monitoring and analyses as well as practical and administrative support. You will get a chance to apply your theoretical knowledge while you develop your skills and learn from your experienced colleagues.
It is important to us that you do not only excel at work, but also in your academic studies, and hence working hours are flexible. We expect you to work a total of 15-20 hours per week.
Key tasks and responsibilities
In addition to contributing to communication projects such as campaigns, productions, and announcements, you will be responsible for:

Media monitoring and reporting

Updating our platforms (web and LinkedIn)

Own projects such as SoMe campaigns, graphic productions, and event coordination

Studies Communications

Has excellent oral and writing skills in English (Danish not a must)

Has research skills and is very comfortable working in PowerPoint

If you have prior working experience from communication agencies or corporate communication departments it is considered a benefit. Our working language is English.
