Experienced communicator for internal communication – maternity cover
Do you have experience in change communication, and can you advise project managers about complex communication challenges? Do you write well, and can you communicate clearly and accurately?

Join us as Senior Communication Advisor (maternity cover) in Internal Communication from 16 April 2018 to 28 February 2019.  

Together with seven colleagues, you'll perform various aspects of corporate communication to our 5,600 employees in ten countries. We produce daily news for our intranet, support executive management's communication to employees, provide advice and implement change and other communication projects, communicate to managers as well as ensure that we use consistent and correct language across the company.


Your key tasks will be to

  • be responsible for internal communication in major strategic projects
  • provide communication advice to managers
  • help plan and carry out targeted internal communication that supports our strategy and enhances employee engagement
  • write articles for our intranet and perform other communication tasks
  • participate in development and team projects and in the supervision of our interns and trainees.


Your core competences include that you

  • have a master's degree in communication studies or similar and have worked with internal communication in a large international private company for a number of years, preferably in a strategic position close to top management
  • have experience as an internal communication advisor for major projects, including change projects, and have worked actively with employee engagement programmes
  • have experience as a writing journalist, understand business relationships and can communicate complex matters to a broad target group
  • are assertive and can establish a network and good relations with a wide range of stakeholders
  • speak and write Danish and English fluently, enabling you to communicate smoothly and efficiently across our international organisation.

Furthermore, it’s important that you are responsible, take initiative, pay attention to detail and take pride in producing good results. It's also crucial that no communication task is too big or too small for you, and that you are an independent self-starter as well as a team player.
