Are you our new internal communications and change consultant and are you ready to accelerate your career? The Markets team in KPMG is looking for an ambitious and creative internal communications consultant.

Our new internal communications consultant has an important role in keeping employees updated on our strategy and everything that is going on in our firm on a regular basis.

Internal communications play a critical role in change management. With the right communication tools, you have the power to help our company achieve some of its biggest successes. Part of this role will involve driving change management programs that are linked to our strategic business priorities in the firm. 

The job
You thrive in a busy workplace, where no two days are the same. As an internal communications and change consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that knowledge flows seamlessly across the organisation. You have a flair for what makes people tick and understand how they stay updated on the busy daily lives in the organisation. Your tasks will involve:

  • Write and post internal news stories on our mobile platform, Channel One, with focus on boosting our employee engagement, as well as keeping Channel One and our internal portal updated. 
  • Shoot and edit videos of our CEO and other colleagues to be sent to all employees via Channel One
  • Create impactful presentation for Town Hall meetings and other important firm-wide arrangements
  • You will be involved in change management programs and will be responsible for internal communication campaigns led by Markets 
  • Overlook the design of material created for go-to-market activities 


Because you will be at the heart of all information circulating in the firm and in contact with many people, it is important that you have an outgoing, confident personality. You can perform under pressure and are used to challenging your colleagues to find the best solution. and endorse professional feedback.  

  • Strong project management skills and business acumen 
  • You have a university degree or equivalent. You might be Cand.Comm or Cand.Merc with experience and a keen interest for internal communication and change management
  • You have 3 to 4 years of experience working with internal communication in a +500 employee company or as a consultant dealing with many stakeholders
  • You preferably have change management as a passion or have worked with change management in a current internal communications role
  • You are a data-driven person and enjoy measuring the effectiveness of what you work on 
  • You have an eye for detail and an eye for great design 
  • You communicate effortlessly in both Danish and English, orally as in written form, since our corporate language is in English
  • Experience with Photoshop is a plus
