Collaboration is at the heart of the Ida Institute and we partner with practitioners, educators, researchers, advocacy organizations, manufacturers, public health organizations and other stakeholders working within the area of hearing. We have a dedicated online community with more than 11,000 members worldwide.
Our activities include seminars, workshops and processes that facilitate creativity, innovation and advanced thinking about person-centered care, rehabilitation and counseling in hearing healthcare. In collaboration with our partners, we develop insights and concepts that are translated into practical online tools and resources, which are shared freely on our website and implemented through our partnerships.
We are looking for a skilled person to complement our group that includes anthropologists, journalists, innovation and learning experts, designers and audiologists.
Project management: You will be part of various project teams both as a team member and team manager. To ensure broad perspectives and the highest quality, project teams are put together to utilize our multidisciplinary backgrounds optimally. The possibility for influencing your tasks, your job and other people is high.
Communication: You will participate in planning, developing and writing content for our online platforms and communities. You will manage online projects and work with subject matter experts from our global community to develop content.
You will also work in close collaboration with our in-house graphic designer and video editor to create visual content such as videos, presentations and infographics.
Networking and community management: Our ambition is to deliver innovative solutions to our community. Community networking as well as the ability to ensure a smooth integration of our online resources and platforms - website, e-learning platform and online tools - are therefore key to this position.
- Solid experience in project management
- Strong experience and interest in web, social media and new media technologies
- Experience in network/community building and maintenance
- English language skills on a native level
- Strong writing skills including experience in writing compelling texts for online media
- Your educational background could be communication, anthropology, audiology, learning, teaching, psychology or similar on Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- A strong communicator with good listening skills
- Able to work with different global audiences (academia, business…)
- A team worker with good social skills, and a self-starter and finisher
- Good at multi-tasking
- Energetic, results-orientated and you make things happen
