Do you want a position where you can influence and further strengthen marketing execution globally? Now there is a unique opportunity to join our Corporate Communication & Marketing department in Haldor Topsoe

You will be responsible for our corporate marketing function and for developing and implementing marketing programs and initiatives globally. The main purpose of this role is to further professionalize our marketing efforts and strengthen marketing execution in close cooperation with sales.

You will report to the Group Vice President of Corporate Communication and Marketing. You will be responsible for a dedicated team of five marketing professionals. You will engage in strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing/product management within our three business units.

 Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high performing pipeline marketing – lead generation and qualification
  • Channel management
  • Responsible for the corporate marketing budget
  • Vendor management
  • Marketing planning according to business strategy and plans
  • Share best practices globally and secure brand compliance across all marketing material and platforms
  • Understand customer needs and pains and transform these into (commercial) insights in alignment with the Challenger sales program
  • Lead and develop the corporate marketing team.

  • You have a relevant higher education
  • You have at least 8-10 years of marketing experience in a global BtB company
  • You have a proven track record of leading marketing projects to success in international BtB organizations
  • You possess solid skills within content marketing
  • You come with strong experiences within digital/online marketing/sales in a BtB setting
  • You have worked systematically with market intelligence and analysis of industries/markets/segments and trends
  • You are focused on both management and leadership and have had success in a leadership role and developing your team
  • You have experience with change management
  • You are fluent in English, written and orally.
