We are currently on an exciting digital journey, but need a colleague to help us ensure a professional SoMe presence that drives global brand awareness. You will be part of the Media Relations team with reference to the Head of Media Relations and will participate in our ongoing efforts to become ever more digital in our engagement with key target audiences. The position is located in Denmark – Jutland or Copenhagen.
- Set the direction for social media on group level by including key stakeholders from business and corporate functions
- Further develop analytics set-up to track, measure and evaluate performance of activities and follow up on KPIs
- Align with businesses and regions on key social media initiatives and execute
- Manage paid content campaigns to successfully drive brand awareness, build audiences, and ensure the best possible ROI
- Create quality content, and collect the best from across the organization
- Explore and experiment with new creative ways of engaging target audiences
The ideal candidate
You know which SoMe channels fit with our messages and our customer segments, and you have a good understanding of digital marketing in general and are able to connect social media with all relevant digital touchpoints on the customer journey. You can develop and apply social media strategies in an omni-channel context and prove the business value in social media. You have experience with content marketing and with managing editorial processes and are strongly technically founded.
On top of that, you know how to create, develop and activate rich content that engages the target audience and drives conversion. In other words, you know everything there is to know about current and upcoming SoMe channels. You will create lots of quality content yourself and collect even more from across the organisation. Your job is very hands-on, but you will also need to apply strategic thinking, when you match stakeholders, channels, and content types.
Your skills and competences
Maybe you have a digital marketing background in an international company or as a project manager in a PR agency working with global and international customers.
It is important that you are a great communicator and that you are confident with delivering information, insight and feedback to both team members and senior stakeholders. You are confident in working with numerical data to understand performance and make evidence-based decisions. You have a collaborative mind-set and enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You have a creative eye and pay a high level of attention to detail, which enables you to create visually appealing social media feeds. You are used to advising top executives and experts, outgoing and good at making contacts within the organisation.
Finally, you are creative, curious and have business acumen.
