Do you enjoy improving work practices and putting digital tools to good use? Are you best friends with the more technical sides of Office 365 and SharePoint? And do you thrive in a dynamic setting with varied tasks? Then you might be the Internal Communication Specialist we are looking for.
 
Ambu has established a SharePoint intranet and embarked on a digital journey using some of the collaboration and productivity tools in Office 365. Now, we need to take the next step towards the digital workplace while keeping our current platform relevant and updated.
 
It is a newly established position and you will be part of setting the course for the digital internal communication. You will join a small but dedicated corporate communications department in a successful medtech company, and you will take the role as global intranet go-to-person. This takes a high degree of technical knowledge and an ability to communicate.
 
Manage and develop sites and tools
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
  • Manage Ambu’s intranet – post news, train colleagues and develop the site
  • Develop Ambu’s Office 365 tools like SharePoint project sites, Microsoft Teams, corporate video platform, and tools we have not discovered yet
  • Help the global Ambu organisation adopt digital workplace practices. This includes training and coaching colleagues.
 
A user-centred mindset
We expect you to have extensive and hands-on experience with SharePoint Online. For instance, that you can set up forms, workflows and templates, manage settings and juggle user rights. You are a person well-versed in the technical aspects of SharePoint usage without being a .NET programmer. Maybe you have managed a SharePoint solution in a large company or you work as a consultant at an agency. You should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
 
In order to succeed in the job, you need good people skills. You will be in dialogue with many colleagues in Denmark and internationally. And as Ambu is a global organisation, you must be fluent in English in speech and writing. The nature of the position demands that you have a constructive and user-centred approach and are able to plan and structure your own work processes.
 
It goes without saying that you are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (there, we said it anyway).
