• Initiative taker, driver, strategist and leader of NHO’s national project; “ Female Future –mobilizing talent”. Cooperation with the boards and management in Norway’s biggest companies. The work included tight dialogue and cooperation with the political milieu, media, academia and private businesses in Norway. Results • The project Female Future project has received a number of national and international awards and prizes, which a nomination from the UNICE as best European project.
