• Initiative taker, driver, strategist and leader of NHO’s national project; “ Female Future –mobilizing talent”. Cooperation with the boards and management in Norway’s biggest companies. The work included tight dialogue and cooperation with the political milieu,
media, academia and private businesses in Norway.
Results
• The project Female Future project has received a number of national and international awards and prizes, which a nomination from the UNICE as best European project. In addition the project is invited as one of four projects in the world as Best Practice by ILO, UN.
• Increased number of women in corporative boards from 6,3% to 20,8% within 3 years.
• Hugh international interest for the FF project, not only in Norwegian press, but also in foreign newspapers, radio and tv stations among other CNN, BBC and Financial Times FT Magazine.
• Recruited all NHO’s largest ASA companies in to the project
• CEO’s for the largest ASA companies described the project as an important measurement to mobilize talent and competence and as an important tool to strengthen profit maximalisation.
• The project is copied by several countries and international organizations.
